FAST AND EASY RETURNS
When you shop at shapeit.dk, you have a 14-day withdrawal right, during which you can inform us that you regret the purchase and then return the item to us. The withdrawal period starts from the day you receive the item. If the deadline falls on a holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following business day.

After receiving the items, you may only handle them in a way that allows you to determine their nature, characteristics, and the way they function.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us with an unequivocal statement no later than 14 days after receiving the item.

When returning, please ensure the items are securely packed. You are responsible for the package/items until we receive them. Therefore, keep the receipt from the carrier and any tracking number. You must pay the costs of returning the item if you choose to withdraw from the purchase.

DO YOU NEED A RETURN LABEL?
If you want a return label from us, please contact us at info@shapeit.dk and provide your order number and the items you wish to return. We will then send you an email with a return label you can use to send back your items. If you use our return label, 50 DKK will be deducted from the amount we refund. Our return label includes insured shipping, so you are covered if your return package is lost during transit. We therefore always recommend our customers to use this, as you are responsible for the package/items until we receive them.

BEFORE YOU SEND THE RETURN:
We expect you to dispatch the items as soon as possible after notifying us of your withdrawal, and you must return them no later than 14 days after withdrawing.
We expect the item to be in the same condition as when we sent it (tags and packaging, etc.).
Processing time after we receive your return package is up to 3 business days.
Note! We do not accept packages sent COD or similar.
We do not accept packages sent via DAO as these are delivered at night when our office is closed.
We do not accept packages sent without delivery. All return packages must be sent to our address.
Please include a copy of the order confirmation or a note with the order number.
When we receive the item, we will inspect it and refund the amount you paid us for the purchase. The amount will always be refunded to the same payment method you used to pay. For example, if you paid by card, the purchase amount will be refunded to the card you used for the purchase. If you used our return label, 50 DKK will be deducted from the refunded amount.

NOTE:
You may lose your purchase amount, either fully or partially. This happens if the item's value has diminished because

You have actually used the item.
It has been damaged while you were responsible for it.
If we assess that the item smells of smoke or detergent/perfume.
Hair or marks on the product.
